At this age, even though there is talk of reading and playing sports with other teenagers, this naive teenager makes a living by selling jhalmuri at the railway station or on the footpath.
This is how street children live. Maybe not even from father. Mother may work at home. And this teenager, who can be called a child, spends the whole day selling jhalmuri at the station or on the footpath and gives the income to the family. This is how a young child's life develops. This is our social system. Someone sleeps on billions of rupees, and someone does not get a place to sleep even if they spread mats on the road. Our society and people are very different.
We cannot claim ourselves as sane people until we can come out of such discrimination. Let us stand by these street children. Try to do something for them. Many thanks to its photographer for the photo.
