If not for his birth, this world tour would not have been born. Everyone used to call Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) as 'Muhammad' from his childhood. He was an equally popular figure not only among the followers of Islam but also among other religions. He was a truthful man. And so the pagans also called 'Muhammad' (PBUH) as 'Al Amin'. Parenting and pregnancy website Babycentre has claimed in a survey that 'Muhammad' is the most popular boy name in the UK.
In that survey, it is also said that the name 'Muhammad' has taken the first place, leaving behind these two names, Oliver and Jack. But last year the name 'Muhammad' was at number 27. This survey was conducted on 100 names.
Sarah Redshaw, executive editor of parenting and pregnancy website BabyCentre, told The Guardian that Arabic names being among the top 100 names means that UK culture is also diversifying. On the other hand, the name 'Noor' is leading among girls' names. Its place is 29. On the other hand, the name 'Mariam' has moved from 59th to 35th place.
But the surprising thing is that British royal family names are losing popularity day by day. Among them, Charlie and Harry are ranked 6th and 7th respectively. William and George are ranked 12th and 18th respectively.
It should be noted that the name 'Muhammad' is not only the first time, but before that the name 'Muhammad' occupied the top position in 1950.
