Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Imrul Kayes gave this bail order around noon today. Earlier, on January 8, when he surrendered to the CMM court in Dhaka and asked for bail, the judge rejected his application and sent Rubel to jail.
Meanwhile, actress Happy was surprised by the news of Rubel's bail. He did not know that the ruble was bailed. After listening to this news, Happy replied to the media, keeping silent for a while, 'Are you sure?, he has been bailed.' When he was later confirmed, he said, 'I still haven't heard.'

It is to be noted that Rubel got bail for 4 weeks from the High Court in this case on December 15. The order also directed him to surrender to the lower court within this period. On December 13, new actress Nazneen Akhter Happy filed a case under Section 9/1 of the Women and Child Abuse Act at Mirpur police station, alleging rape.
