First wash the rice and drain the water. Now dry the rice in a spreader. Now boil the beans and fry them a little. Now keep half a cup of beans aside and beat the rest with coriander leaves, green chillies. Now put 2 teaspoons of sugar, lemon juice and little salt in it.
Now mix cashew batter, coconut batter, raisin batter together. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pot, add drained rice, reduce the heat and fry lightly. Meanwhile, lightly fry rice and onion with chopped onion. Now stir with ginger batter and add water. The amount of water should be such that the rice is cooked and tender. When the water dries up, remove from the oven and spread the rice in a spreadable bowl.
Heat the remaining ghee in another vessel and pour it into the rice along with bay leaf, small cardamom. After a while shake it down. Now spread some Polao in the serving bowl and add the mixture of chickpeas (bata) and cashews on it. Finally cover all the polao and spread the reserved boiled beans, some cashews and raisins on top.
