However, many have complained about being sent abroad. However, a local source says that he is under the shelter of an influential member of parliament. That's why law enforcement is not catching him. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina herself ordered the arrest of Sohel Rana yesterday after the Home Minister on Thursday. Still, the law and order forces are not doing much to arrest him. Savar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Asaduzzaman said that every effort is being made to arrest Sohail Rana and his father Abdul Khalek.
Meanwhile, police arrested Rana's cousin's wife and her cousin from Manikganj yesterday. All the festoons mention his own identity as the joint convener of the Municipal Youth League. The day after the incident, a convening committee was briefly formed and sent to the center. Rana's cousin Jahangir's wife Munni Begum and her aunt Anwar Hossain were arrested from Harirampur upazila on Friday morning. Then Rana's wife and her cousin Jahangir were arrested by the police.
