This scientist claims that it is possible to keep beneficial bacteria on your skin by not showering.
Instead of showering, chemical engineer Dave Whitelock sprays his body with a bacteria-infused substance called 'Mother Dirt' twice a day. The spray is manufactured by Cambridge-based company Aobiomain. The co-founder of this company is this scientist Whitelock.
Whitelock said he had not taken a bath in more than 12 years. Whitelock said that there has been no clinical research on daily bathing. He also said that no one knows on what basis bathing is determined to be hygienic.
