Headache: A headache is usually caused by a problem with the nervous system. Headaches can affect people of all ages. Some less than some more. There is no one who has never had a headache in his life. Inflammatory fluid that causes pain inside the brain is released around the nervous system and blood vessels in the head, resulting in a headache. Due to the release of this juice, headaches can occur on either side of the head from time to time. Dehydration can also cause headaches. Another cause of headache is stress or anxiety. Usually 70% headaches are caused by anxiety. Such headaches get better after a while. Another type of headache source is the nerve that originates in the neck. If there is any pressure on the first 3 of the 8 nerves that normally originate in the neck, the resulting pain radiates to the head. This type of pain may also include pain in the neck. Also, moving the neck in different directions can cause headache variations. Many times pressure is created on the nerves of the neck. The spinal cord runs down the center of our spine from the head to the waist. This spinal cord transports different instructions from the brain to different parts of the body through different branch nerves, and conveys different information and problems of the body to the brain. These branch nerves formed from the spinal cord are called spinal nerves. As this spinal nerve emerges from the neck, it passes through the various complex structures of the spine. Pain arises from pressure on various parts of the spine (such as discs, ligaments, muscles) during this protrusion. Now out of the 8 nerves that originate from the neck, if such pressure is created in the first 3 and since these 3 nerves go to the head, then we feel pain in the head due to the problems caused in them. Jogging in buses, rickshaws and aging can cause the bones in the spine to wear down, or grow undesirably, putting pressure on the nerves. Again, many people use computers and laptops for a long time, resulting in stress on the neck and spine, which can lead to headaches.

Treatment of headache: Since dehydration in the human body is a cause of headaches, one should drink plenty of water. However, alcohol or coffee drinks should be avoided. Because these also cause dehydration in the body. Herbal teas help reduce the risk of headaches in people. Regular walking, running or swimming increases blood circulation in the human body. As a result, there is no possibility of blood clotting in the human brain. It reduces the risk of headache. So to avoid headaches you should include physical exercise in your daily routine. If the headache becomes unbearable, you can soak a towel in cold water and gently touch it on the forehead and neck after a while. It also helps in reducing headache. Reduce work pressure and sleep moderately. If the headache is severe, then eat more foods rich in magnesium and calcium.

Migraine: Migraine is another name for sudden unbearable headache. Headaches are one of the ailments that can rob you of happiness in everyday life. This pain can easily inhibit your activity or enthusiasm and bring you to a standstill in a moment. Migraine cannot be eradicated forever, treatment can reduce or control its occurrence. It can be hereditary. It is more common in women than men. It is more during anxiety and menstruation. Anxiety, stress, constipation accelerate this disease. Migraine usually starts on one side of the head and gradually spreads to the whole side of the head. A severe headache may accompany the patient's hallucinations and nausea. Normal blood flow to the brain is disrupted when serotonin or 5HT levels in the blood change. The arteries lining the brain swell early in a migraine, making the headache more intense. Once the headache starts, it can last for a few hours, or even two/three days. It leaves the patient weak and depressed. There are several types of migraine. His is a classical migraine. The onset of a classical migraine is usually recognizable by the patient. In the initial stage, the patient has hallucinations. The patient sees flashes of light in front of his eyes, mustard flowers in his eyes. Tingling sensation around hands and feet, face. There may be weakness or paralysis on one side of the body. Then comes the headache, which starts from one side of the head and gradually spreads over the whole side. Severe throbbing pains make the patient sleepy. The patient sweats profusely. Vomiting or nausea. Can't stand light and sound at all. Reluctance to speak, irritable mood. The patient prefers to stay in a quiet, dark room.

Treatment of migraine: As mentioned earlier, migraine cannot be completely cured, but migraine can be reduced with various medications. There are many different treatments for migraines these days. The treatment process is twofold. Firstly to relieve the immediate headache and secondly to reduce or control the frequency of the headache. Medicines are used to achieve both goals. Medicines are also of different types. So proper method should be taken as per expert advice.
