According to the sources of the manufacturing company, an agreement has already been signed with the Malaysian distribution company Q-Plex.
Splash Multimedia, Dhaka Police Family Welfare Association Limited came to Bangladesh on February 29. And Three Wheelers Ltd. Dato' Tire Sharif, leader of Q-Plex based in Malaysia, met with him. According to the decision of the said meeting, the recently mentioned agreement was signed.
It is known that since Indian films are very popular in Malaysia, the distribution companies of that country are facing India for a very natural reason. Still, Bangladeshis staying in Malaysia for other reasons along with about 2.5 million workers have created an opportunity to distribute Bangladeshi movies in a large number of theaters in this big market. In that case, quality of filmmaking and entertaining story are considered to be important factors here.
On the other hand, it is said that discussions are going on with the distributors of some countries including Australia, United States, United Kingdom, India about the release of the movie 'Dhaka Attack' in Bengali dominated areas.
