The train runs through the villages and suburbs of West Yorkshire, England. His journey started from Leeds and stopped at Snaith. From Snaith, however, a pair of trains return to Leeds. One in the morning, the other in the evening. There is one break in this movement, that is Sunday. There are total 10 stations on the route.
There is nothing surprising in such news. This train is running without a passenger. There is not a single passenger in this train. There are 10 stations in the middle, no passengers get on this train!
So this train is called as ghost train. And these stations? They are ghost stations! This tradition has been going on for at least twenty years.
Leeds is the busiest station in Britain after London. However, no passengers board this train from Leeds on this route. Passengers do not go directly to any station on that route by another train. They get down at the station before or after the destination. After that reach the destination by bus or something else. The only reason is the fear of ghosts. Even tickets for these 10 stations from Leeds are nowhere to be seen. Year after year the losses of railways have to be calculated. However, the journey of this train did not stop. So why? Many people believe that ghosts may travel on this train!
