The Dhaka Times Desk Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) launched a short code number 2872 to solve any complaints and problems of telecom-related customers.
BTRC Chairman Shahjahan Mahmud announced this number in a press conference at BTRC office yesterday (Wednesday).
In the press conference, it was said that customers can complain by calling 2872 if they do not get a solution by calling different numbers of BTRC for telecommunication-related problems.
It has been informed that complaints can be made on this number from 9 am to 5 pm except on public holidays. This will cost the customer 25 paisa per minute.
