The Dhaka Times Desk Because of its deliciousness, we make various food items with mangoes. But so say mango biryani and korma? Although it sounds a bit unbelievable, the two items are going to be manufactured in Lucknow, India.
Lucknow is already famous for Shahi style food preparation. Mango Biryani and Korma will be prepared in that Lucknow. Basically Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department decided to prepare such items to celebrate Mango Festival. The festival will also feature Mango Malai Tikka and Shahi Paneer. There will be variety of mango items for vegetarians.
Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department Principal Secretary Avnis Kumar Awasti said, “The tourism department has organized this three-day mango festival to promote the producers of mangoes and mango products.”
