First, wash the vegetables well and cut them into small pieces. Then boil it in a pot with salt on low flame. Now in a frying pan or kadai, add enough oil, chopped onion, chopped garlic, green chillies, dry chillies and keep stirring. When it turns a little red, add the cooked vegetables and stir them with a fork. Keep frying on low flame. Now when fried, take it down and serve.
