First, peel the jackfruit seeds and soak them in water for half an hour. Then remove the red pimple by rubbing it with jaggery or malsa. Now wash the chicken meat well and chop it into small pieces. Now steam the jackfruit seeds. Then add oil, chopped onions in a cooking pot and keep stirring. When the onions turn brown, add other spices like cinnamon, cardamom, garlic powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, green chillies and salt.
Now pour the chicken meat with a little water and mash it. After grinding for a while, grind again with jackfruit seeds. Once it is well grated, cover it with sufficient amount of water and cook on low flame. When the water comes down, take it down and arrange it on the serving table.
