Ingredients for making chickpeas
- # cow's milk 1 kg
Method of preparation:
First, the milk should be burnt in the oven. When the milk boils, take it off the stove and after a while, make the chickpeas with chickpea water or sour curd or vinegar. After a while, wash the chicks well and hang them in a thin cloth. Now, when the chickpea water is drained, sandesh can be made.

Ingredients for Rasgolla:
- # chickpeas 2 cups
- # cardamom powder 3/4
- # Kenderal 2 tsp
- # flour 2 tsp
- # semolina 1 tsp
- # small amount of cardamom powder
- A small amount of # baking powder
Method of preparation:
Place the chicks in a cloth and wash well with cold water and drain the water. The chicken should be thoroughly air-dried. Then grind the chickpeas with hand. The better you sift the sweet, the better it will be. Now mix flour, cardamom, semolina, baking powder together and knead it well. Now keep it round in the shape of sweets. Now put 6 cups of water in the oven. When the water boils, leave the chickpeas in the water and burn them in the oven for half an hour.
If the water decreases, water should be given again if necessary. Now remove the rasgollas from the oven and mix kenderal with little water and dip the rasgollas in it. Soak kenderal intravenously for at least 5 to 6 hours. Now lift and serve on a plate or tray.
