  • # Bay leaves 3
  • # sugar 1 tsp
  • # ginger paste 3 tbsp
  • # A pinch of saffron
  • # Asafoetida one teaspoon

  • Method of preparation:

      First, wash the meat well. Now drain the water from the meat. Now heat oil in a kadai in the oven and make beresta with chopped onions. Now fry it in a light flame with khasi meat.
