- # Garlic Minced 2 Tbsp
- # lemon juice 2 tbsp
- # Paprika 1 tsp
- # butter 2 tbsp

- # red chilli crushed 3
- # sugar 1 tsp

prepared method
First, wash the prawns and dry them well with a kitchen towel. Now add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, paprika and 1 pinch of salt to it and keep it in a serving bowl. Now fry garlic cloves and crushed red chillies in a pan with butter for some time. Now mix all the remaining ingredients and add very little water. When it becomes like a thick sauce, then pour it over the fish. Now bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes. Those who do not have an oven can also cook in the oven. Now take it down and serve hot with fried rice or polao.
