  • # tandoori masala paste 4 tbsp (available in market)
  • # sour yogurt 2 tbsp
  • # Garlic (minced) 2 cv
  • # ground coriander leaves 2 tbsp

      First, the kebab sticks should be soaked in water for 24 hours. Then wash the meat and cut it into cubes and scrape it lightly with a slotted spoon. Mix lemon juice, sour curd with tandoori masala, garlic, chilli powder and coriander leaves in a bowl. Now marinate the meat and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

      Then stick one piece of meat on the stick and one layer at a time. Add the spices that stick to the bowl over it. Then apply mustard oil on it.

      Now arrange the grill rack in the pre-heated oven and grill on high heat for 10-12 minutes. Turn the stick once in a while and coat it with oil. When red and charred, take it down and serve it hot with naan or paratha.
