On the other hand, in the heatless situation of this year's cow market, I talked about it with a few cow traders. They said that last year due to fall in the price of cattle, many businessmen have lost millions of rupees. That is why many businessmen seem to stay away from investing in sacrificial cows this time. Many traders invested last year due to excess profit made in the previous year. And then they counted the loss without getting the price at all. And so many people are afraid of losing their capital this time. And besides, if the market is bad one year, it will be good the next year. As such, the market is supposed to be better this time, but it is not observed. Traders said that due to the strictness of the border, Indian cows are not being imported.
Traders said that during the Qorbani season in Bangladesh, the price fluctuates in the cow market mainly on the cows brought from India. Benapole, Bhomra, Sonamsjid, Hili, Banglabanda, Tamabil, Gobrakura-Karaitla, Burimari, Bilonia port in Feni and bordering districts Jessore, Satkhira, Chuadanga, Meherpur, Jhenaidah, Rajshahi, Chapainawabganj, Naogaon, Kurigram, Dinajpur, Jaipurhat, Lalmonirhat, Mymensingh. , Gaibandha, Netrakona, Sherpur, Sylhet, Habiganj, Sunamganj, Brahmanbaria and Comilla districts through various corridors and border points through which the cows come legally. Besides, a large number of cows enter Bangladesh illegally. Cows started coming from different borders including Karpasdanga and Kurda Corridor of Chuadanga District, Mahishalbari of Godagari of Rajshahi, Sultanganj Corridor, Sonaidondi of Chapainawabganj, Chaubaria of Naogaon after Eid. But according to traders, the situation is different this time.

Traders also said that Mahisalbari in Godagari, the major cattle destination in Rajshahi, Cityhat in the metropolis, Baneswar, Sonaichandi in Chapainawabganj, Chaubariahat in Naogaon become full of Indian cows at least two months before Eid. Cows started coming earlier. But this time there is an exception. The rate of arrival of cows from the neighboring country India has completely decreased in these markets since the fasting Eid. Cows are coming in less than the usual rate.
Due to such a situation, the cattle traders think that this time the business of sacrificial cows may suffer a recession. Signs of which have already been seen. Regardless of the situation, it is expected that the import of sacrificial cows and the market situation will be normal.
