Mix the meat, chopped onion, masala powder, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and bay leaves. Add 2/3 cup of water to cook the meat. Cover the meat and cook on low flame. When the meat is cooked, keep it aside. Heat a little oil in another pan and fry the fenugreek seeds. Fry with little onion, ginger, garlic until brown and in between roast with meat and serve hot.
