The Dhaka Times Desk ATN Bengali is going to start a reality show titled 'Star Search Tarkar Thanhne'. Through this reality show, new faces for films will be found through various processes from 64 districts of the country. The event is being organized by the country's renowned organizer Antar Showbiz. Antar has previous experience of organizing large-scale showbiz concerts in the country.
According to the organizer Antar Showbiz sources, the main promotional activities of this competition will start from June this year. And the audition phase will start from August. Initially interested contestants will be selected by looking at the stills. After that, 64 people from 64 districts will get the opportunity to participate in the main phase in Dhaka. Among them, the best 20 selected by judges and audience will participate in the semi-finals organized at Qatar Stadium. Finally, the top 10 contestants will compete in the grand finale at the Sharjah Stadium in Dubai in January next year. From which Shah Rukh Khan will select one of the best hero and heroine as the best. Antar Showbiz chief Swapan Chowdhury confirmed this yesterday. He said, “What I always do, I try to do it on a large scale with international standards. I want to do this next event in the same way. In the meantime we have finalized the preliminary map of the whole arrangement. Now it's time to go slowly."
In the meantime, the agreement with the host organization and the program broadcasting company ATN Bangla has been completed. Starting from the preliminary auditions to the quarter finals, all the stages will be held across almost every major stadium in the country. And every event will be attended by a gallery filled audience. Who will select the contestants by voting sitting in the gallery.
Although Shahrukh Khan is the main judge of the show, the organizing company Antar Showbiz has not confirmed anything about the rest of the judges. They said that among the other judges are two popular Bengali film stars. The list of which has already been finalized. However, Antar Showbiz authorities do not want to reveal that right now. Now they are only working on planning the event. In the meantime, they will organize the Anusthana phase based on some field in the country and abroad and they said that they are thinking about how it will be.
It should be noted here that before Antar Showbiz also brought Shah Rukh Khan to Dhaka. In this regard Swapan Chowdhury, head of Antar Showbiz said, "What I always do, I try to do it on a large scale with international standards. I want to do this next event in the same way.
