4. Raw chili paste 2

6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
7. Tala cumin powder 1 tsp
8. Whole cumin seeds 1 tsp
9. Coriander powder 1 tsp
10. Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
11. Ghee 2 tbsp
12. Mustard oil 1/4 cup
13. Soybean oil 1/4 cup
14. Chopped onion 1 cup
15. Onion Barista 1/4 cup
16. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
17. 6 cloves of garlic
18. Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
19. 2 bay leaves, 3 cinnamon sticks
20. Cloves 2 and cardamom 4-5 pieces

Prepared System:

First, cut the liver into small pieces and wash it well. Then put 3 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar in a bowl and wait for a while. When the water starts to boil, put the liver in boiling water for 2/3 minutes.

Then remove from the oven and remove the pieces of liver from the pot, wash them well and keep them in another pot. Now pour all the soybean and mustard oil in the pan. Add onion and all the spices (except chilli, garlic cloves and cumin). Add all the batter spices and 1/2 cup water when the onion is soft. Also add all the powdered spices and keep stirring. Now add 1/2 cup of water and grind well for 4-5 minutes. Then again cover the pot with 1 cup of water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Then stir in Beresta, whole green chillies and simmer for 2 minutes.
