According to estimates by charities, more than 60,000 civilians have been killed in the Yemen war so far. Save the Children, an international charity that works with children, says that about 85,000 children in the country have died due to famine caused by the war.
Tawakkul Karman, a Yemeni human rights activist who won the Nobel Peace Prize, said that the US president has the power to end the war in Yemen.
Addressing Trump, he said, 'I am calling on him to stop the war in Yemen. But he won't. He is more busy making a nuclear deal with North Korea than that.'
