That is, old name and new modified name option will appear in the option. After you make the correction, you will be asked to upload birth registration, SSC certificate or other necessary documents. If you can submit your documents correctly as requested by them, your work will be completed within 3/4 working days of the day you do it. Moreover, if more documents are required, then the concerned office of Election Commission will inform you through SMS. Then they should be uploaded in the same way.
You will be notified by message when the correction is complete. Then you can download your card, color print it and laminate it.
