He was 78 years old at the time of his death. Dr. The news of Inamul Haque's death was confirmed to the media by his son-in-law actor Saju Khadem. He said, 'He was quite healthy in the morning. He suddenly fell ill at home in the afternoon. When he was immediately taken to the hospital, around 3 o'clock, the doctors said that he died. All levels of respect Dr. Inamul Haque's body will be taken to Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. Dr. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed grief over the death of Inamul Haque.
It should be noted that Dr. Inamul Haque was born on May 29, 1943 in the village of Motabi in Feni district. His father's name is Obaidul Haque and mother's name is Razia Khatun. Feni completed SSC from Pilot High School, HSC from Notre Dame College, Dhaka and later completed Honors and MSc from Dhaka University Chemistry Department. He was engaged in teaching profession for 43 years in Bangladesh Engineering University. He first acted on stage while studying at Notre Dame College. He acted for the first time in the play 'Bharate Chai' under the direction of Father Ganguly.
In recognition of outstanding contribution in 2012 Dr. Inamul Haque won the Ekushey Medal and Freedom Award in 2017.
