Dementia can increase the risk of heart disease!

The Dhaka Times Desk Doctors have said that up to 40 percent of dementia can be prevented by making a few changes in lifestyle. Because this disease can increase the risk of heart disease in people.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), more than 50 million people worldwide are suffering from dementia. However, doctors have said that by making some changes in lifestyle, up to 40 percent of dementia can be prevented.

About 500,000 people in Australia are affected by dementia. This number is expected to rise to 1.1 million in 2058.

Make a habit of eating sea fish

It also helps to reduce inflammation in the body and keep blood circulation active. Moreover, these foods also help control blood glucose levels and blood pressure.

Avoid processed foods

Processed meat, processed outside food can increase the risk of high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, weight gain. Therefore, instead of these foods, foods rich in vitamins, magnesium, phytonutrients, and antioxidants should be eaten more.

Maintaining physical activity

Practice regular physical exercise, exercise, walking. Physical activity keeps the blood vessels moving as well as providing oxygen to the body and brain. Due to which memory is also improved.

Avoid smoking
