Ingredients:

    Cut the fish by cutting the head and tail. Wash the fish well. Lightly fry the fish with turmeric, chilli powder, salt. Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onion in it and brown it. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste and grind it well with turmeric, chilli powder and salt to make gravy. Put the fish in the oven for a while on low heat with little water. Turn the fish occasionally. Sprinkle green chilies on top. When the water dries up and the oil comes out, take it off the stove. Then serve.
