Cut the chicken into 8 pieces, excluding the neck, and drain the water. Mix dark and light sauces together, add salt if needed and cover the meat sauce mixture for 1 hour. Soy sauce requires less salt. Then deep fry in oil on medium heat. Once fried, serve with french fries.
