Ingredients:
- # flour half cup
- # sugar 2 cups
- # water 2 cups
- # baking powder 2 tsp
- # powdered milk quarter cup
- # Egg 1
- # oil for frying

Method:
First, boil 2 cups of water with 2 cups of sugar and make syrup. Mix flour, baking powder, milk powder together. Mix 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour to make yeast.

Knead the yeast into 20 balls. Grease the palm of your hand and roll the dough each time. After that, deep fry it in hot oil and leave it in hot syrup. After 7/8 hours, take it out from the sira and take it to a tray and keep it tilted for a while (to drain the juice) so that the sira drains well. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle the gratacara mawa on top. Now serve Lal Mohan.
