First step:
Add dabri or peas, 4/5 baby potatoes, salt, chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and cardamom to it and boil it with 4 cups of water. Care should be taken not to overcook.

Mash the potatoes with boiled peas and mix well with chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, bit salt and red pepper powder. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar if necessary.
Making Tamarind Sour:
First, after soaking 100 grams of tamarind in two and a half cups of water for half an hour, remove the tamarind seed and boil it with 4/5 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and half teaspoon of chili powder. After boiling, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. When the curd cools down, add some coriander leaves in it.
Serving: Spread dabri on a plate, add coriander leaves, green chillies, chopped egg, cucumber, tomato, chopped onion and tamarind tamarind to make a great tasting chatap.
To serve phuchka, one phushka is lightly broken and then mixed with chickpeas, then cucumber, tomato, egg, green chillies, coriander leaves and tamarind tamarind are made into tempting flavored phuchka.
