Usually when you have integrated your device with email id you can easily recover the pattern if you forget it. But if you don't integrate with email id then it is very difficult to recover the pattern if you forget it. In this case, you can recover the pattern lock in three ways.
What you need to do in the first process
In this case, when you forget the pattern, the device will tell you that the pattern you gave is wrong. In this case you select 'Forgot pattern' option. You will see the screen like below.
Now an email box and password box will appear on your screen. Here you can enter the email ID and password that you integrated with your device. You will be given a new pattern code with which you can unlock the device.
The second process
In this process you need to go to custom recovery of your device and work. For that you need to have custom recovery mode on your device. Aroma File Manager must also be downloaded. Download it from here.
Download the file manager, do not extract.
1. Insert the Aroma file manager into the smartphone's memory card. Do not put it in any folder on the memory card, put the file in the root of the memory card.
2. Reboot your phone into recovery.
3. For CWM, mount all partitions, even if you have an sd-ext partition. And then flash the filemanager. After flashing you will see a graphical user interface of the file manager. Now, enter /data/system. In this case, if you have an sd-ext partition, enter /sd-ext/system.
4. You will see a file named gesture.key, delete it. And if you want to delete password then delete password.key. became diameter
The third process
All you need to do in this case is to flash your device. This will delete all the extra apps you have installed on the device, but the pattern you set up will no longer exist.
