Materials:
– Shrimp 1/2 cup
- 4 eggs
- 6 slices of bread
- Chilli paste 1 tsp
- Flour 1 tablespoon

- Lemon rind 1/21 tsp
- Milk 1/4 cup

– Oil (for frying)
Method:
Boil half a cup of peeled prawns with salt and 1 cup of water. Drain the water and mince the prawns. Mix the lemon rind with the mince. Heat the ghee and mix the flour. Mix with milk, shrimp mince and boiled water. Season with pepper and salt. When it thickens, take it off. Cool the mince and spread the mince on one loaf of bread.
