1. Eating habits of men
A man's negative eating habits can have a negative impact on fertility. For example, men who smoke can experience disturbances in sperm count, shape and function. This problem also occurs in people who drink a lot of alcohol.
2. Male age
There is controversy over this issue because male fertility declines slightly after age 30, while male fertility increases after age 60. Scientists are not sure why this happens. But male age still has an effect on fertility.
3. the heat
Heat is harmful to male sperm. Because sperms lose their viability due to heat. Many people have a habit of taking long hot baths. By doing this, the sperm can lose the ability to produce children.
