Actress Nazneen Akhter Happy filed a case against Bangladesh cricket team pacer Rubel Hossain. Rubel has already taken bail. But again this love has taken a new turn in the love game. Now Nazneen Akhter Happy will fight against him with Prem's phone conversation record. Besides giving copies of those records to various offices including Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), he also threatened to publish them in the media.
Happy said, 'I gave a copy of the voice recordings to a private TV channel. A copy will also be delivered to BCB president Nazmul Hasan Papon.
As part of the legal battle, Happy said he will soon seek the help of a learned lawyer.
It is to be noted that model and actress Nazneen Akhtar Happy filed a case of rape against cricketer Rubel Hossain under the Women and Child Torture Act at Mirpur Model Police Station last Saturday afternoon. Happy alleged that Rubel Hossain raped her several times by tempting her for marriage. After talking about marriage, Rubel started arguing. Physical abuse has also been mentioned by Happy in the case.
