According to media reports, a law called the 'Public Facilities Privacy and Security Act' has been passed two weeks ago in the state of North Carolina. It is called 'Toilet Law' for short.
The Act specifically imposes restrictions on the use of toilets by transgender persons. The gender that is written in their birth certificate can only use the toilet designated for that gender.
That is, the woman who was born, even if she later changed her gender to a man, she must use the women's toilet! Again the same rule applies to those who were born male. However, there have been allegations that homosexuals have also been discriminated against in this law. According to them, no law regarding the privileges of homosexuals can be passed because of this law.
Meanwhile, North Carolina's law is against equal rights for all citizens of the United States and is a violation of human rights. People have started protesting in different states.
