Ingredients:

  • # chicken 1 (cut into 8 pieces)
  • # ginger paste (1 tablespoon)
  • # pepper paste (1 teaspoon)
  • # Chilli powder (2 teaspoons)
  • # garlic paste (1 tablespoon)
  • # hot spice powder/birani masala (half teaspoon)
  • # onion batter (1 teaspoon)
  • # honey (1 teaspoon)
  • # Soya Sauce (1 Tablespoon)
  • # chili sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • # oil (as per quantity)
  • # salt (to taste)
  • #tasting salt (small quantity)
  • Method of preparation:

    First, wash the chicken pieces well. Then scrape it with a slotted spoon/bowl. Then mix all the above ingredients and keep it for about an hour. Then bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes. If you don't have an oven, place a thick tawa on a normal gas stove, cover it with 2 tablespoons of oil and fry slowly on low heat. The meat should be turned over and fried on a very low flame so that it does not burn. After it turns red, remove it and serve it hot.
