        First mix all the kebab ingredients together and make small balls. Then heat oil and ghee and fry garam masala and onion in it. Now grind the gravy with all the spices and fry it for a while with curd. Now leave the meat balls with little water. Now keep it in the oven on low heat for a while and then take it down.
