Due to which, from now on, customers will be able to receive the necessary services at home. The company's new initiative is expected to add a whole new dimension to customer service. This new service is already launched.
It is known that to report any problem, buyers have to select the product category and fill a short form. Trained staff and artificial intelligence (AI) based chatbot will provide instant and accurate information on any problem 9 hours a day (9 am to 6 pm). Customers can enjoy the 'Live Chat' service through Samsung's official Facebook page and My Galaxy app.
Sangwan Yoon, country manager of Samsung Bangladesh, said, 'Live chat' initiative will be able to provide contactless service to customers during the current Corona crisis. We believe that this new initiative for the convenience of our customers will strengthen and strengthen our relationship with them. We hope that, in the current situation, customers will adopt this live chat service, which will also help them maintain social distancing rules.'
Through this service, buyers of products of different categories can report their problems. This category includes products such as mobile phones, televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, etc.
