First, the meat should be salted. Then wash with water several times. Let there be no blood in the flesh. Drain the water well. After pouring the meat in a bowl, apply oil, salt, testing salt, all kinds of batter masala and put it in the oven. After cooking for a while, when the water comes out of the meat, continue cooking with a lid. Stir occasionally. When the water dries up and the oil floats on top of the meat, add ghee, milk, coconut batter, white pepper powder, green chillies and hot water to a simmer. When the meat becomes soft, sprinkle with cumin powder, jaiphal jaitri powder and serve hot. If you want, you can fry raisins, pistachio bagam kucha, wood almond kucha brown in oil for decoration.
