The Dhaka Times Desk There seems to be no one who doesn't like Sandesh. Today we have for you that fun item Gur Sandesh. Make jaggery sandesh at home.
Ingredients:
- # chick 500 g
- # Patari jaggery half cup
- # sugar half cup
Method:
First break the jaggery. Rub the chickpeas lightly with your palms. Heat jaggery and chickpeas in a pan and stir for 1 minute with sugar on low flame stirring frequently. If the chickpeas are sticky, drain and cool. When completely cool, knead well with your hands. When smooth, press into 16 sandesh molds, arrange on a plate and serve.
