The Dhaka Times Desk Quader Molla was born in Faridpur, he is the son of Sona Mian Molla of Amirabad village in Bhasanchar Union of Faridpur. In 1971, he was sentenced to death by the International Criminal Tribunal for committing crimes against humanity in the Great Liberation War of Bangladesh.
Quader Molla told his brother Moin Uddin Molla to the media that when he went to jail a month ago to meet his brother, Quader Molla told him that if he dies or is hanged, he should be buried next to his mother's grave. This is now considered by Quader Molla's family as the last wish of Quader Molla.
Qader Mullah said that his prayer should be performed at Sadarpur Stadium.
Meanwhile, Kader Molla's brother Moin Uddin Molla, who is currently the chairman of Bhasan Char Union, also said that according to his brother's last wish, all measures have been taken to bury him next to his mother's grave and the grave site has also been kept clean. The grave will be dug when the dead body arrives.
Moin Uddin Molla said, "My brother Kader Molla is an ideal man, he loved me like his own son, he told me that after my death, don't quarrel with each other about property, if you want, you will enjoy my share."
Claiming his brother's innocence, Moinuddin Molla said, "My brother is innocent, he is being killed for political purposes." Meanwhile, it is reported in different media of Bangladesh that the people of his own village are expressing joy and satisfaction with the news that the judgment of Quader Mollah can be implemented today.
On the other hand, Jamaat-e-Islam has said that the execution of Quader Mullah's death sentence will result in dire consequences! Jamaat central executive member Dr. Mohammad Shafiqul Islam Masood said in a press release that the current government will have to suffer terrible consequences for this. Ullakh Shafiqul Islam Masood was the former president of the camp!
