Mahadev Lohana, managing director of the hospital, said, 'Over the years, I have seen pregnant women who come here wishing for a son. Even family expectations are the same. When a son is born, the whole family celebrates. However, if it is a girl child, the opposite can be seen. Sweets are distributed if it is a boy, but never if it is a girl. But this time, this picture is also seen in the case of the birth of a girl child, so we have such an initiative.
Not only that, the hospital expenses will not be taken, but the same way as if it is a boy, sweets are distributed, it will be the same for a girl child and the hospital will do it on its own initiative.
According to hospital sources, about 150 pregnant women are under treatment in the hospital. All those who are born with daughters will get this opportunity. Local residents applauded this initiative of the hospital.
