- Gourd juice- 1 cup
- Condensed milk - 1 liter
- Mawa - 1 table
- Cashew nuts - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Raisins- 2 tbsp
preparation
First, heat ghee in a pan and fry the gourds for 2-3 minutes. Heat the milk in another vessel. When the milk boils, pour the gourd pulp and keep stirring, then add a little salt, mawa, cashew nuts, raisins and keep stirring it.
Now serve it nicely on the table.
