Ingredients:
- Semolina- 1 cup
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Liquid milk- 2 cups
- Ghee- 2 tbsp
- A little cashew nut
- Pistachio nuts are slightly crushed
- Cardamom powder- 1 tablespoon (roasted)
- Salt - to taste
- Saffron- 1 teaspoon
- Saffron color - half teaspoon
Method of preparation:
First heat ghee in a pan and fry semolina well. On the other hand, in another pan continue to heat the milk. When the milk boils, pour saffron, saffron color, sugar in it. When they are mixed, pour semolina little by little and keep stirring continuously. Then pour it into a tray.
Finally, garnish with cardamom powder and nutmeg and serve.
