- # milk 1 kg
- # sugar 1 cup
- # Saffron 1 tsp
- # Pistachio Nuts 1 Tbsp
- # Almond Nuts Crushed 1 Tbsp
- # rose water 1 tsp
- # pistachio and almond batter 1 tbsp
- # raisins 1 tbsp
- # cardamom powder half teaspoon
- # ice cube slightly
prepared method
First put milk, rose water, sugar and saffron together in the oven. When it boils, take it off the stove and let it cool. Now mix all the remaining ingredients and serve with crushed ice on the table.
